Our poor tree that we planted 7 years ago - got blown over today. We watched it grow from 3' to 20'. It was one of my favorites.
Jake's shirt says, "Let's pretend you didn't see that."
I had my boys and a neighbor lay down head-to-foot to show how tall our tree had was.RIP TREE - you will be missed and our yard won't be the same without you.

Cute idea to have the boys lay down to measure the height of the tree. Jack loved it. The kids just looked at the pictures. Sorry about your tree! :( We need to talk. It's been too many weeks! This week!
What a bummer. I love the picture of all the kids laying next to it though. What do you do with a downed tree?... Havn't seen you in w while just thought I would pop in and say HI. -N
