Jake Turned EIGHT on 3/23

Jake had his first birthday party yesterday and BOY was it CRAZY!! Here's a picture of Jake with his friends (and a couple of brothers) that were able to make it.
They playes games, ate pizza, watched Jake open presents...
sang Happy Birthday and had brownies and ice cream.
I forgot to put the candles in his brownies he wanted, so we made due with candles in the ice cream.
I love this picture. It catches 1/2 the candles still lit and you can see the smoke.
Jake had so much fun being the center of attention and can't wait to be baptized and participate in Scouts.

That is a ton of boys! Jake is such a cutie...he is going to break hearts some day. Eight truly is a fun age to get to. I remember when Anderson didn't want a cake but instead wanted a birthday Twinky...ice cream makes so much more sense.
