I just got back from taking Davis to the doctor...again. He was up ALL NIGHT crying that his left ear (his "good" ear) "was going to explode" - it hurt that bad. AND he has been throwing up NON-STOP since he woke up this morning. He even threw up in the car on the way to the doctor's office and then again in the doctor's office. He just plain ol' doesn't feel good. He even fell asleep between the nurse taking his vitals and the doctor coming in. Anyway, he has a REALLY BAD ear infection (even while being on antibiotics from his surgery) and has the flu and is a little dehydrated. Poor guy. He was so excited to go to school today too, he's anxious to share his surgery experience with his friends - guess he'll have to wait a couple/few more days.
And did I mention I just took Bennett to the doctor on Saturday with a really bad ear infection.
I'm SOOOOOO TIRED!

holy crumbs you weren't kidding!!! i'm so sorry to hear that you're having to play combat medic at your place. i wound up staying home today. flat on my back all day in bed-i feel like the most useless human on the planet. poor davis, send him my love and fellow-sickie sympathy. hope you're holding together ok. please holler if you need anything. i may be on my back but i can send your home teacher over to help (he's on his antibiotics, so he's safe). =) love ya!
Jodi, I'm so sorry that he's been so sick. What a horrible thing espeecially after surgery. And to have an ear infection? That's just weird. If you need anything call me. I can go get gatorade. It my might take my 9 month pregnant body 20 minutes to get inside the store, but maybe it will send me into labor! Good Luck!
Yikes! Poor Davis. I'll be right over with some popsicles, I promise. Maybe a Haagen Daas for Mom, too! So sorry you guys are going through all this!

Oh Jodi that is horrible. You poor girl, poor Davis too. You are right when it rains it pours. Heres to a better tommorow.

Geez! Poor kid. I hope this sickness passes quickly so that he can heal from the surgery. And, I hope you don't catch anything Jodi!
